When we talk about sound systems, we have to understand that is not just one element, but a number of elements that define the quality of the sound in general. Although there are many factors that are taken into consideration, like the acoustics of the place, the correct placement of the speakers, how well distributed the speakers are, for us, in a sound system there are three elements that we first consider: Speakers, Amplification and Signal Processing.
Without a doubt, the quality of the speakers you select will be one of the most important factors that will define the quality of the sound in general. A plastic speaker will always sound like a plastic speaker. Have you ever heard about a grand piano made of plastic, regardless of the quality of the plastic? Our governing principle at Infinite Audio Systems will always be quality and reliability. Our speakers will be placed at the best locations regardless the industry (nightclubs, hospitality, religious, institutional and sports facilities) working non-stop to satisfy our customer’s customers. We do not cut corners to save cost. Our custom-built speakers make ourselves proud of what we created. We used the best transducers (components) from that money can buy. What we spend in just the crossovers sometimes is worth more than the entire components of other speakers. And it shows…
Not every amplifier sounds the same. Not all the amplifiers deliver the low-end frequency that is needed. Not all amplifiers are suitable for the operation needs of our clients. We intentionally design our sound systems with enough amplification that allows the amplifier to work comfortably with a decent buffer of sound to avoid forcing the amp. To avoid having the amplifiers collapse in the middle of business operation. Our sound systems can operate without glitching because of the way we design it. It’s not chance, it’s design. Over four decades in the business allows us to KNOW what works and what doesn’t. One of the lines that amplifiers that we offer to our customers have such a reliability that they are used in large cruise ships to power the emergency sound system. Because when there is an emergency in the boat, and you need to tell everyone on board that they need to evacuate the sound system cannot fail. Thats the level of reliability that we introduce in our sound systems.
And finally, Signal Processing. What is signal processing? Its anything that changes the signal other than amplification. One of the reason our sound systems sound so amazing is because we don’t leave anything to chance. When we send a signal to our subwoofers, we only send the low-end spectrum of the frequency. We set the levels for each speaker. And that cannot be changed by anyone unless we are asked to change it. A sound system that we install today will sound exactly the same 10 years from now. There is no room for staff to modify and make their changes. We also set standards levels of operation… minimum level, maximum level. Even if an inexperienced DJ blast their DJ Console to unsafe levels our systems will work well.
